As always, all Woodbine owners are welcome to attend as observers. In addition, there will be a brief owner comment period at the start of the meeting. The Board of Directors meeting agenda will not permit owners' comments during the meeting. Unit owners can always contact Pier Associates at 202-337-9000 x-16 or x-17 to report problems involving the common elements.

Board members may also be available, at their convenience, to discuss matters with owners. A list of all the Board members with their unit numbers is posted in the laundry room for owners who wish to discuss any matters prior to or after the Board meeting. The meeting agenda is below, and will also be posted to the Residents section of the Woodbine website: www.thewoodbinedc.com
