New Website and List Serve

The Board has updated the Woodbine website and community list serve to make it easier to use and to facilitate better communication on important building related matters. Below are some tips on how to use the new website and list serve:

New Web Address:

The new website address is www.thewoodbinedc.net and the old website is inactive. New sections have been added to show off amenities and features of our building. The website is currently best viewed from a desktop or laptop. We will make improvements to the mobile UX in coming days.

Resident Pages:

In order to see the private resident pages on the new website, you will need to sign up with an email and create a password. You can do this by clicking on the “Sign In” button on the home page of the website. From the Resident Page you can access an archive of notices from the Board/Management, approved meeting minutes, and important condo documents. We will be uploading the rest of the minutes and documents in the coming days.

Communication with the Board/Management:

Announcements from the Board and Management will be sent out via the new website. These notices will come from the e-mail address info@wixshoutout.com with the name “The Woodbine DC”. Please make sure that you have cleared this address to deliver to your inbox so that important messages do not end up in your spam folder. If you would like to reply to a notice or have an issue that you need to raise with the Board and Management, please direct all emails to thewoodbinedc@gmail.com.

Community List Serve:

The new list serve address is woodbinelistserve@googlegroups.com. We have deactivated the old list serve, please use this new address starting today as a way to communicate with other residents. Folks on previous list serve will automatically be added to the new list serve. If you would like to unsubscribe from the new list serve you will be able to do that from the welcome email that you will receive shortly. If you do not receive a welcome email and would like to be subscribed to the new list serve please email thewoodbinedc@gmail.com and request to be added.
